  The Londonderry Freezer Warehouse facility houses over 180,000 square feet of temperature-controlled storage space. We provide well lit, organized refrigerated and frozen space as well as sub zero storage at -10°F and -20°F. Customer inventory is stored safely and securely, using appropriate racking and storage systems. Each of our warehouses also has clean, well-monitored docks with multiple bays.
  Londonderry Freezer Warehouse is annually evaluated by the “AIB International Certification Body” and found to meet the requirements of: “Global Standard for Storage and Distribution” (BRC Certification).
• Comprehensive Security
  Londonderry Freezer Warehouse is “fully wired” offering robust interior and perimeter security by American Alarm, including video and motion control monitoring. Cameras are positioned on each dock to record incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure the integrity of our customers’ products and peace of mind. Our staff members have the unique ability to log in and monitor our security cameras from a computer or mobile device at any time day or night, no matter where they are.
  Londonderry Freezer Warehouse maintains strict compliance with all federal security regulations. In response to new laws stemming from the Bioterrorism Act of 2002, and is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). For added customer protection, Londonderry Freezer Warehouse is also bonded with U.S. Customs.

• Sensatronics Temperature Monitoring
  As industry experts, we know that proper temperature control is vital in preserving the quality, freshness and appearance of frozen foods. Londonderry and Highwood use the cutting-edge Sensatronics Environmental Management Solution (SEMS) to safeguard the integrity of our customers’ valuable inventory. Sensatronics software utilizes a “three-pronged approach” to compare reported temperatures against thresholds. Should temperatures fall out of the desired range, our staff is immediately alerted through e-mail or text message.
• On-Site Inspection Capabilities
  If inspections or certifications are required for any products in your inventory, we can arrange for them to be performed conveniently on-site. Both of our facilities offer clean, modern kitchens which can be used by your own QC inspector or for independent USDC inspections. Having kitchens on location means fewer delays in the distribution process – and lower inspection costs for you.
• As of 2019, our Londonderry Freezer Facility is registered as a USDA Ihouse and can provide FSIS inspection services.
